Cavity Wall Ties – Type 4 are light-duty ties designed for use in box-form domestic dwellings. They provide secure connection between masonry leaves in cavity wall construction, ensuring structural stability while accommodating normal service conditions.
These ties are typically used in buildings of up to 10 metres in height, where the wall leaves are of similar thickness and standard load conditions apply.
