Dovetail Channel System
Masonry to Concrete
Masonry to Concrete connectors are designed to provide a secure and durable connection between masonry blockwork and reinforced concrete elements. These systems ensure structural continuity, improve load transfer, and enhance overall stability of wall assemblies.
They are widely used in masonry-to-structural concrete interfaces such as columns, beams, and shear walls.

Dovetail Channel System
The Dovetail Channel System is an advanced masonry-to-concrete connection method offering high efficiency and installation speed. The channel is fixed to the formwork before concrete pouring, allowing precise and strong integration with the structural element.
Advantages
Faster and more cost-effective than drilled fixings
Provides continuous fixing flexibility along the channel length
High structural reliability and durability
Installation Notes
Channel is installed on the internal face of formwork before concreting
Concrete is then poured to encase the system
Channels must be filled with suitable material (e.g., polystyrene) to prevent concrete ingress
