High Voltage Cable

Specifications

High voltage power cables manufactured in accordance with IEC 6840, BS 7912, IEC 62067, and ICEA S-108-760 standards.

Cables are designed with a fully watertight construction.

Conductor

• Aluminum or copper conductors

• Available in round compacted or segmental (Milliken) design

• Sizes available up to 2500 mm²

Insulation

• Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation

• Manufactured using CCV (Catenary Continuous Vulcanization) technology

• Triple-layer extrusion with dry curing and dry cooling process

Metallic Sheath

• Copper wire screen (cross-section based on requirement or short-circuit rating)

• Aluminum laminated sheath

• Lead sheath

• Combination of copper wire screen and lead sheath

Outer Sheathing

• High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sheath

• Graphite coating for testing and fault detection (optional)

• Custom options available upon request
